Besides a highly developed warehousing and transportation network designed to keep premium seafood at its peak while rushing to market, Peter Pan is linked to seafood buyers by both a large internal sales staff and over 200 broker employees across the United States, all committed to our “quality first” image.

They have a lot to talk about. Peter Pan was the first to bring vacuum-packed, portion controlled salmon fillets to the foodservice industry. These fresh-frozen added-value products deliver exquisite seafood to the consumer while dramatically cutting costs for retailers.

Canning innovations have made Peter Pan salmon products the pace-setter for an entire industry. For all of our processing operations, we’ve developed and employ our own FDA-approved Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program to monitor product quality through every key-processing step.

It’s taken over 80 years of experience and know-how to get where we’re at today. And as we go into the future Peter Pan will continue to be at the leading edge with even more future innovation, new products, and on-going investment.
